Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

• Customer can exchange their items within 7 days after an order has been delivered.

 

• Note: We do not accept returns—we only accept replacements in case of size issues. (No Return/Exchange On Customised Products)

 

• Wrong product, defect, damage or misprint replacement: Shoot a video while unpacking. No request will be accepted if customers fail to provide an unpacking video. 

 

• We do not currently provide a reverse pickup facility. You will need to self-ship your product. Once we receive your item, it will be inspected and a replacement will be dispatched.

  Please note:

  • Pack your product securely to prevent damage or loss during transit.

  • Only unused and unwashed products with original packaging and tags will be accepted for return/exchange.

  • After shipping, kindly share the tracking details with us at support@crunkthread.com

• Please avoid placing bulk orders without contacting us first if you are unsure about your size. We can only accept exchange requests for up to two products, as we offer 1500+ designs and every item is printed and shipped only after your order is placed, especially for you.

  As a small business, this step is very important for us to manage losses and prevent dead stock. We truly appreciate your understanding and support.

  Please note:

  • If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

  • In case you choose to reject the order at the time of delivery, as mentioned earlier, we do not accept returns. Instead, your order will be reshipped as per your instructions (please confirm via email at support@crunkthread.com)
