The standard delivery time is 7-9 working days, depending upon the location, as in a few cases, it might arrive early or may take more time than usual.
We opt for the best courier partners for delivering your order but we cannot assure the arrival date or time, as it depends on the courier partner.
- Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel or make any changes.
- Our responsibility as a seller ends once the shipment has been handed over to the courier company and tracking details are provided. We can only escalate the issue to the assigned courier partner according to the information provided by the customer promptly to ensure the successful delivery.
- If an order is marked as “undelivered,” “cancelled,” or “returned to origin (RTO)” by the courier company due to reasons beyond our control, the company shall not be held liable.
Dispute & Legal Disclaimer
- All disputes regarding non-delivery, cancellation, or RTO will be resolved on the basis of the courier company’s official tracking records.
